At Ozwater 2026, alongside SA Water, the McConnell Dowell SRG Global Joint Venture shared how partnership-led approaches are supporting the delivery of resilient and sustainable water infrastructure outcomes across South Australia.
Our presentations highlighted the role of early engagement, inclusive design and strong partnerships in achieving better project outcomes. This includes meaningful Aboriginal engagement and collaboration across stakeholders to ensure infrastructure solutions are informed, practical and responsive to community needs.
We also shared insights into adapting waterways to respond to extreme weather events, reinforcing the role of infrastructure in supporting resilience in a changing climate. As weather patterns become increasingly variable, coordinated approaches across industry, government and communities will be critical to maintaining reliable and sustainable water networks.
